At the moment, GO LAUNCHER does not support icon masking , turn it off from preferences > Icons > show icon base.

Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Aurora UI > Apply
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Aurora UI
Smart Launcher:
Menu > Preferences > Theme > Aurora UI > Set
**With Smart Launcher you can also set the lock screen icons:
(1) Menu > Preferences > Theme (click on the settings icon) > Bubbles: icon theme > FlatDroid
(2) Menu > Preferences > Theme (click on the settings icon) > Bubbles: style > None
